Terms and Conditions
1. General
Chartering a yacht through Geminiman Yacht is subject to the following terms and conditions. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.
2. Booking and Payment
A booking is only final after full payment has been received. Payments can be made using the specified payment methods.
3. Responsibility and Conduct
While the captain and crew are fully responsible for operating the yacht, the renter is responsible for adhering to the onboard conduct rules. This includes respectful behavior towards the crew and other guests, following safety instructions, and maintaining cleanliness and order on board. Disobedience or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate termination of the rental period without a refund. Drug use is strictly prohibited on board.
4. Insurance
The yacht is insured against damage to the vessel, but the renter is responsible for any damage caused by careless behavior, loss of equipment or personal belongings, or damage resulting from alcohol or drug use. The renter is also liable for any damage caused by violating the rules set by the captain and crew.
5. Safety Regulations
The renter is required to follow safety instructions and ensure the proper use of safety equipment. In case of an emergency, the renter must immediately contact the captain and local authorities.
6. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. In the event of cancellation by the renter, cancellation fees may apply depending on the time before the scheduled rental date. We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received on time.
7. Liability
Geminiman Yacht is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss occurring during the rental period, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by our company.
8. Force Majeure
Geminiman Yacht is not liable for any damage or loss caused by force majeure, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
9. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes will be exclusively submitted to the competent court in Curaçao.
